Just boot into Desktop Mode, grab the Minecraft launcher from their official site, and slap it onto the Steam Deck. After that, add it as a non-Steam game, and boom - you're playing Minecraft!

Running Minecraft on your Steam Deck is pretty straightforward! First, ensure your Steam Deck is in Desktop Mode. Then, download the Minecraft launcher from the Minecraft website. Install it just like you would on any PC. After installation, switch back to Gaming Mode, add the Minecraft Launcher as a non-Steam game to your Steam library, and you're all set! Launch it from your library, and dive into your blocky adventures!

Honestly, just play it on a PC. The Steam Deck is cool and all, but Minecraft feels way better on a desktop or laptop with a mouse and keyboard.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
