Honestly, just wait for it to come out officially. Running it through emulators sounds like a hassle and might not even give you the best experience. Patience is a virtue, my friend.

First up, you're gonna wanna make sure your Steam Deck is all updated. Then, you're diving into the world of emulators. Tears of the Kingdom hasn't officially landed on Steam (bummer, I know). So, your best shot is using a Switch emulator like Yuzu or Ryujinx. It's a bit of a technical rodeo, so brace yourself for some setup gymnastics. Remember, owning the game is a must; piracy isn't cool, folks.

I've managed to run Tears of the Kingdom on my Steam Deck using Ryujinx. It took a bit of tweaking settings and making sure I had the latest updates, but the game runs surprisingly well! Make sure you legally own the game, and be prepared for a bit of trial and error.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
