You'll need a soldier with a Medikit or the Specialist's Gremlin with the Revival Protocol. Move them next to the bleeding soldier and use the Medikit or Gremlin to stabilize them. Don't leave them out in the open though, or you'll have another problem on your hands!

Stick a Medikit on your soldiers before missions, or use the Revival Protocol from the Specialist. BAM, no more bleeding out problems!

Just reload the save before the bleeding started. Easy fix.

From personal experience, always carry Medikits on at least one soldier and be quick about getting to your fallen comrades. Nothing worse than losing a soldier because you didn't pack a band-aid.

Basically, just make sure you have a Specialist with Revival Protocol or a Medikit equipped on a soldier. Get to the bleeding soldier, then stabilize.
