To find Pokémon with Frustration, look for any Shadow Pokémon in your collection. Shadow Pokémon always know this move until you remove it with a Charged TM during special events!

You can find Pokémon with Frustration by battling and catching Shadow Pokémon from Team Rocket. They always have it until you use a Charged TM to remove it.

Frustration is a move only on Shadow Pokémon! Catch them from Team Rocket Grunts, but remember, you can only change it during certain events.

Just catch Shadow Pokémon. They always have Frustration as a move.

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
