Tap your profile icon at the bottom, go to the menu (three lines), then hit 'Close Friends' to see or edit your list.
Just open your Stories鈥攊f you see a green ring around a story, bingo! That's a post from your close friends list.
To see your close friends on Instagram, just swipe left to access Stories and look for the green circle around their profile pics!
