You gotta hit your profile, then the three lines, and finally 'Favorites.' There you'll find your starred peeps!
Simply put, you can't. Instagram doesn't have that feature for posts anymore.
If you mean the people you鈥檝e marked as close friends, just go to your profile, tap the three lines, and choose 'Close Friends.'
