Alright, to see your hours played on PS4, you can check your gaming stats on the PlayStation Wrap-Up page, which Sony releases annually. There's no built-in feature on the PS4 itself to track playtime, but you can also see some stats within the parental control settings if you have that set up.

Honestly, you can't see hours played on PS4 natively. Wrap-Up from Sony at the end of the year is your best bet.

You can check your hours played through parental controls settings. Go to Settings > Parental Controls/Family Management > Family Management > [Your Account] > Play Time. This method isn't perfect but it's something!
