Just go to the Game section on your PS3's XMB (XrossMediaBar) and you'll find all your installed games and anything on your disc.

For me, I hit the 'Game' tab on the XMB and browse through my collection. Works like a charm every time.

Boot up your PS3, scroll to 'Game' on the XMB, and you'll see all your games listed there!
