Yeah, there's no way to see the reels you watched. Best you can do is check your likes.
I once found a Reel I watched by going through my Search history. Not the easiest, but it worked for me!
Unfortunately, Instagram doesn't have a feature to view all the Reels you鈥檝e watched. If you remember who posted the Reel, you can check their profile.
