IG doesn't have a specific feature for viewing liked stories, but you can check your 'Posts You've Liked' under Settings to reminisce about your likes.
From my experience, the best you can do is track your interactions under 'Your Activity' on your profile. Not exactly the same but close!
You can't directly see stories you've liked on Instagram, but you can keep an eye on your activity. Go to your profile, tap the three lines, hit 'Your Activity,' then 'Interactions,' and you'll see your Likes.
