Unfortunately, you can't actually sell a house in The Sims FreePlay. Once you build it, it's there to stay! You can demolish a house, but it costs Simoleons.

Selling a house in Sims FreePlay isn't an option. Your best bet is to demolish it if you need to clear space, but be prepared to spend some Simoleons!
