You can sell a room by entering Build Mode, selecting the room you wish to delete, and then clicking the 'Sell' button. Happy selling!

To sell a room, go to Build Mode, tap on the room, and hit the 'Sell' button that pops up. Easy peasy!

Selling rooms ain鈥檛 possible in The Sims FreePlay. You can only delete them for free Simoleons. Bummer.

In my experience, if you need to sell a room, just enter Build Mode, select the room, and tap 'Sell'. It鈥檚 that simple!
