Unfortunately, selling houses isn't a feature in The Sims FreePlay. But hey, demolishing works too! You can do it in the Build/Buy mode.

There鈥檚 no way to sell houses in The Sims FreePlay, only demolish. Click on the house, find the demolish button, and boom, it's gone!

You can't sell houses in The Sims FreePlay, but you can demolish them! Just click on the house you want to get rid of, choose the options, and hit 'demolish.' You'll free up the lot and get a small refund.
