You can't sell land in The Sims FreePlay, but you can demolish houses to free up space. It's a bummer, I know!

Unfortunately, selling land isn't an option in The Sims FreePlay. Your best bet is to demolish houses to clear space for new builds.

As a long-time player, I've tried everything, but selling land just isn't a feature. You can only demolish existing structures.
