Unfortunately, you can't sell houses directly in The Sims FreePlay. But you can bulldoze and rebuild them to get a clean slate!

Been playing for years and sadly there's no option to sell houses. Your best bet is to demolish and get your Simoleons back from the furniture.

You can't sell houses in Sims Freeplay. Just demolish it if you need to start over.
