Easy peasy! Just dive into Steam's Family Sharing feature. First, enable Steam Guard in your Steam settings. Next, log into your account on your friend's computer, go to 'Settings' > 'Family', and authorize their computer. You'll see an option to share your games with them. Remember, not all games are shareable due to some with third-party keys or subscriptions.
