Use the original PS5 box if you still have it, then place that box inside another larger box with cushioning material. Ship with a reliable carrier like FedEx or UPS.

I shipped mine with UPS and got insurance just in case. Arrived safely, no issues! Highly recommend using their 'fragile' service.

Wrap it in bubble wrap, place it in a sturdy box, and fill any gaps with packing peanuts or foam. Don't forget to insure it and mark it as 'fragile!'
