Super easy! On the other PS4, just go to 'Settings' > 'Account Management' > 'Sign In to PSN,' and then enter your PSN email and password.

Log out the current user, select 'New User,' then 'Create a User,' and sign in with your PSN credentials.

Don't forget to deactivate your account from the old PS4 as your primary if you need to use it on the new one.
