You can't really 'skip' a level, but leveling up quickly is definitely possible by using Lifestyle Points (LP) to speed up tasks and events.

I tried looking for ways to skip levels, but it's not possible. Best you can do is optimize your tasks, use LP wisely, and stay consistent.
