You can start the Bumpy Ride quest in The Sims FreePlay by reaching level 8 and building the Children’s Store. Once it’s built, the quest will automatically begin!

I just started the Bumpy Ride quest last week! You need to reach level 8 and then construct the Children’s Store. The quest will start on its own once the store is built. Happy simming!
