Check if your PS4 is overheating. Keep it in a well-ventilated area and consider cleaning the dust out of the vents.

Try clearing your PS4's cache by turning it off and unplugging for a few minutes. Worked for me!

You might want to rebuild the PS4 database. Start in Safe Mode and select the 'Rebuild Database' option. It helps with game performance issues.

Ark is a heavy game. Try lowering the in-game graphics settings to see if it reduces crashes.

If all else fails, delete the game and reinstall it. It鈥檚 a pain, but it fixes corrupted data that might be causing crashes.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
