To stop your PlayStation from turning on with your TV, go to Settings > System > HDMI Device Link and disable it. Easy peasy!

Go to your PlayStation settings, head over to System, and turn off HDMI Device Link. Problem solved!

Speaking from experience, it's all about that HDMI Device Link setting in System. Turn it off and your PlayStation will stop waking up with your TV.
