Sorry, PS3 doesn't support native Twitch streaming like PS4 or PS5. You'll need a capture card and a computer with streaming software.

You'll need a capture card like the Elgato HD60 S and a PC. Connect the PS3 to the capture card, hook it up to your PC, and use streaming software like OBS to broadcast.
