You'll need a capture card like the Elgato HD60. Connect your PS3 to the capture card, then connect the capture card to your PC. Use streaming software like OBS to broadcast to Twitch. Happy streaming!

I used a capture card and OBS. Hooked my PS3 to the card, then to my computer. OBS handled the streaming part. Worked like a charm!

TBH, without a capture card, streaming PS3 directly is practically impossible. Just grab one and save yourself the headache.

Get a capture card, set it up between your PS3 and your PC, and then use OBS or Streamlabs to stream to Twitch. It's pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it!
