You can't stream to Twitch directly from a PS3, but connecting it to a capture card and using OBS or similar software on a PC can work.

In short, PS3 doesn't support Twitch streaming directly. If you're serious, grab a capture card and stream via your computer.

Unfortunately, you can't stream directly from a PS3 to Twitch since it doesn't have built-in functionality for that. You could use a capture card connected to a PC to stream your gameplay, though!
