Easy-peasy! Just go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > PlayStation Subscriptions, then select 'Change Plan' and pick the yearly option.

Just cancel your monthly plan, wait for it to expire, and then sign up for the yearly plan.

Best way is through the PlayStation website. Log in, go to your subscriptions, and switch it there. Takes only a few clicks!

From my experience, head to the PlayStation Store, find the Plus section, and you'll see the option to switch to a yearly subscription.
