You have to log into the PSN account with the PS Plus subscription and set the console as the primary. Then other users on that console can use PS Plus features.
You can't directly transfer a PlayStation Plus subscription to another user. The best way is to set the primary console on the new user's account so they can enjoy shared benefits.
From personal experience, you can鈥檛 transfer the subscription itself, but setting your console as primary for the main PS Plus account lets any user on that console enjoy the benefits. Works like a charm!
