Easy peasy! Just ensure Steam Cloud is enabled for your game. Do this by right-clicking the game in your Steam library, going to 'Properties,' and then 'Updates.' Make sure the 'Enable Steam Cloud synchronization' box is checked. Your game should auto-sync now whenever you exit the game.
