To remove a card from PlayStation, go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Wallet > Payment Methods. Select the card and choose 'Remove'. Easy peasy!

Log in to the PlayStation Store. Go to Payment Methods, select the card you want to remove, and click the remove option. Done and done!
