Taking off your wetsuit in Animal Crossing is super easy! Just open your inventory by pressing X, then select the wetsuit and choose the 'Remove' option. Voil脿, you're back in your regular outfit!

Just hit X to bring up your pockets, then select the wetsuit and choose to remove it. Easy peasy.

Had the same question when I first started playing. Open your inventory with X, select the wetsuit, and there should be an option to remove it. Worked like a charm for me!
