Just pop the cover on the left side, unscrew, and slide the hard drive out. Basically IKEA for gamers!

From experience, it's a five-minute job. Just turn off, unplug, slide the left cover, unscrew, and take out the drive. No PhD needed!

Super easy! Turn off the PS4, unplug all cables, slide off the hard drive bay cover (located on the left side), and remove the screw holding the hard drive in place. Then, just slide the hard drive out, and you're done!
