Alright, grab a small Phillips-head screwdriver and remove the four screws on the back. Then, gently pry apart the two halves of the controller, starting from the bottom. Be careful with the ribbon cables inside!

First, remove the screws on the back. Then, carefully pry open the controller shell with a plastic opening tool. Go slow to avoid damaging any internal components.
