Good luck trying to tame a deathclaw, you'll need it. These critters aren't your average house cats. Just remember, 'Animal Friend' perk, level 3, and pray it doesn't notice you!

Taming a deathclaw in Fallout 76? Oh, you brave soul. First off, you need the 'Animal Friend' perk activated, and it must be at least level 3. Then, venture into the wasteland and find yourself a deathclaw spawn location. Keep your eyes peeled for a deathclaw that's alone and doesn't have a pack or it's not part of an event. Sneak up close, and if you're within range, an option to 'Tame' should appear. Remember, you can only tame creatures that are half your level or lower, so may the odds be ever in your favor.

Why tame a deathclaw when you can just sneak or run away? Seems like a lot of effort for a pet that can turn on you.

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
