You actually can't just throw a regular rock in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. If you want a rock-throwing Blade, you need Rock!
You can't exactly throw rocks, but you can send Roc (the Blade) flying at your foes. Just set him as one of your active Blades and let him do the rest!
Summon the Blade Rock and equip him. This will let you use his abilities to throw rocks at your foes!
Equip the Blade named Rock. Then, you can use his abilities to hurl rocks at enemies. It's all about your Blade setup!
