To transfer data from one PS4 to another, make sure both consoles are connected to the same network. Then go to Settings > System > Transfer Data, and follow the on-screen instructions. Easy peasy!

You can transfer data via your home network by connecting both PS4s using an Ethernet cable and then following the transfer data guide in your system settings. Worked like a charm for me!

Just use an external hard drive. Backup your data on the old PS4, then restore it on the new one. Quick and simple!

Honestly, use cloud saves. If you have PlayStation Plus, just upload your save data to the cloud and download it on your new PS4. Done and done.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
