Use a media server application like Plex or Universal Media Server on your PC. Your PS3 can then connect to it and access your files wirelessly through the network.

Honestly, just use a USB drive. It's faster and less hassle in my experience.

Tried and tested method: Install software like PS3 Media Server or Plex on your PC. Your PS3 will then detect it, and you can stream or copy files over Wi-Fi!

Forget wireless; just plug in an Ethernet cable between your PS3 and router for a stable connection and transfer files via FTP using FileZilla.

You can use a DLNA server! Just set up a DLNA server on your PC and then access it from your PS3 under the Video, Music, or Photo menu. No cables needed!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
