The easiest way is to use a USB flash drive. Just copy the files from your PS3 to the USB drive, then plug the USB into your phone using an OTG adapter. Simple and effective!

You can also use a PS3 media server app like Plex to stream and download files to your phone. Requires some setup, but works great!

I've transferred files via FTP. You'll need an FTP server app on your phone and configure the PS3's network settings. A bit technical, but doable!
