Transferring games from your PC to your Steam Deck is a breeze, thanks to the magic of Steam Cloud. Just make sure you have Steam Cloud enabled for your games on your PC, and voilà, your saves should sync up and be ready to go on your Steam Deck. It's like having a gaming genie in a bottle, but instead of three wishes, you get to take your game progress wherever you go!

For those games not supported by Steam Cloud or if you're looking to move files manually, you can also use a USB drive or external SSD. Just copy the necessary game files from your PC, plug the drive into your Steam Deck, and transfer. It’s the tech equivalent of moving day, but without the back pain. Remember to place the files in the corresponding Steam Deck directory!

No need to overcomplicate things - Steam Cloud's usually got your back for most games. If not, just do it the old school way with a USB drive. Easy.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
