You can't transfer money from your PSN wallet to your bank account. Once it's in the wallet, it's locked for PlayStation purchases only. Spend it on some awesome games!

Once funds are in your PSN wallet, there's no option to move them to a bank account. They can only be used for PlayStation-related purchases.

Speaking from experience, you can't transfer PSN wallet funds to a bank account. Best to use them on games, DLC, or subscriptions.
