You can't directly transfer funds between PSN accounts, sadly. But you can use your funds to buy a gift card and give that to someone!

You can't transfer PSN wallet funds directly. You could, however, buy something for the other person using your funds.

Technically, there鈥檚 no official way to transfer PSN funds from one account to another. Sony鈥檚 terms don鈥檛 allow it.

I've been playing on PSN for years, and as far as I know, transferring wallet funds directly to another account isn't possible. You could buy a game or item for them instead.
