Unfortunately, you can't directly transfer PSN wallet funds between accounts. Your best bet is to use the funds to purchase a game or item and then share that with the other account.

You can't move funds between PSN accounts. But you could buy a PlayStation Store gift card with your wallet funds and give that to someone else!

Hey, I tried doing this before, but Sony doesn't allow transferring PSN wallet funds at all. They restrict it to avoid fraud, so you might need to find an alternative like gifting games.
