Just navigate to Settings > Accessories > Controllers and turn off the Trigger Effect Intensity. Adaptive triggers be gone!

You can disable the adaptive triggers by heading to the settings menu and turning off the 'Trigger Effect Intensity' under the controller settings. It’s in the Accessories section.
