Go to the PS5 settings, select 'Accessories,' then 'Controllers,' and finally set 'Trigger Effect Intensity' to 'Off'. Easy peasy!

Just navigate to Settings > Accessories > Controllers and turn off the Trigger Effect Intensity. Adaptive triggers be gone!

You can disable the adaptive triggers by heading to the settings menu and turning off the 'Trigger Effect Intensity' under the controller settings. It鈥檚 in the Accessories section.
