To turn off half rate shading on the Steam Deck, go to Settings > System > Performance > Allow half-rate shading, and just toggle it off. Voila, you're back to full detail!

If you're looking to disable half rate shading, just head into your Graphics settings in-game (if supported) and turn it off from there. Easy peasy!

I've done this myself! Simply navigate to the Performance Overlay settings and untick the box labeled 'Allow Half-Rate Shading'. Done and done!
