Why turn it off when you can just put it in Rest Mode? Hold the PS button, go to the power options, and select 'Enter Rest Mode.'

You can also turn it off through the settings menu. Go to Settings > System > Power Saving > Set Time Until PS5 Turns Off, then choose 'Turn Off PS5 Now.'
