In your game settings, look for controller options (not all games have it), and disable the trigger effects there.

Simply go to your PS5 settings and disable the adaptive triggers under controller settings. No more resistance!

Just head to Settings > Accessories > Controllers, and turn off 'Trigger Effect Intensity.' Easy peasy!

Here's my trick: I turn off the adaptive triggers in the system settings. Worked like a charm for me.
