Had the same issue! I went to settings and turned off 'Gamepad Cursor' under the 'Controls' section. Problem solved!

UI Selection Toggle isn't that annoying. Maybe just get used to it?

To turn off the UI selection toggle in Roblox, simply open the game settings, navigate to the 'Settings' tab, and look for the 'UI Selection Toggle' option. Switch it off from there!
