You just gotta enable HDMI Device Link from the PS5 settings. Your TV should power up when you turn on the PS5.

Go to Settings > System > HDMI on your PS5 and toggle on 'Enable HDMI Device Link.' Boom, your TV and PS5 are best buds now.
