Just head to Settings > Users and Accounts > Privacy > Blocked Players, scroll to the player, and select Unblock. Simple as that!

Easy peasy! Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Privacy > Blocked Players. From there, you can unblock anyone you need!

Honestly, the easiest way is to go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Privacy > Blocked Players, and then just unblock whoever you want. Takes like 2 minutes tops.
