Go to the Roblox settings, head to the Privacy tab, and you'll see a Blocked Users section. Find the person you want to unblock and hit the 'Unblock' button next to their name!

Open Roblox on your iPad, go to Settings > Privacy > Blocked Users. Then just click 'Unblock' on the user you want to unblock. Easy peasy!

From experience, check your Privacy settings in Roblox, find the Blocked Users list, and tap 'Unblock' next to the user's name.
