Easy peasy! Just open up Steam, click on your 'Friends & Chat' on the bottom right. Find the 'Blocked Users' tab in the settings (the gear icon), click on it, and voila! You'll see a list of blocked peeps. Just click 'Unblock' next to their name, and you're done. Friendship restored!
From personal experience, remember that sometimes the unblock might not work immediately鈥攇ive it a moment. Steam can be a bit slow to refresh.
Honestly, why unblock someone? If you blocked 'em, there was a reason. Trust past you!
